School Online Reports

Approximately ten working days after the finalisation of testing, a school report package is couriered to your school. Simultaneously your results are published to our online reporting application and you are notified of its availability by email.

Your online school reports contain a suite of interactive reports depending on the type of assessments conducted.

Placement tests

  • Individual student results: General reasoning, Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Mathematics, Reading, Spelling and Writing
  • Alpha-numeric report tabulating all individual student scores in raw scores, scale scores and stanines
  • Alpha-numeric summary report
  • Ranking reports – this has the option of combining different test results for ranking purposes
  • Mathematics Skills Profile – a comprehensive diagnostic report on individual student, cohort or custom group performance of individual test items that can be grouped according to National Curriculum strands
  • Reading Skills Profile – a comprehensive diagnostic report on individual student, cohort or custom group performance of individual test items that can be grouped according to National Curriculum strands
  • Writing Criteria Analysis – a comprehensive diagnostic report on individual student, cohort or custom group performance in each of the criteria of the writing task
  • Test Analysis – cohort stanine distribution graphs in each aspect of the testing: General reasoning, Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Mathematics, Reading, Spelling and Writing
  • School Student Record – Printable individual student reports in each aspect tested
  • National Progress Index – for schools testing at multiple-levels, the functionality to import individual student NAPLAN scale score data
  • Career Profile Report – for schools using the careers component of Year 10 testing.

Scholarship Tests

  • Scholarship Ranking Report – a ranking report where applicants can be ranked on each aspect of the scholarship tests: General Reasoning, Mathematics Performance, Reading Comprehension and Written Expression. Students can also be ranked on a composite score based on performance in all of the test components
  • Scholarship Applicant Report – individual printable reports on each aspect of the test reported as a raw score, stanine and scaled score
  • Test Analysis – Test Analysis – applicant stanine distribution graphs in each aspect of the testing: General reasoning, Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Mathematics, Reading and Writing
